Singer’s Guide for Kids – Day 1

🎤 Ready to Get Started?

Welcome to a fun and helpful video all about a special breathing exercise called “Shoo!” In this video, you’ll pretend there’s a little fly buzzing around you, and you’ll learn how to make it go away by saying “Shoo!”

What You’ll Learn

  • Making the “Shoo” Sound: You’ll practice saying “Shooo” as you slide your voice up and down, just like when you sing a song.
  • Goldilocks Method: You’ll learn to make the sound just right—not too soft or too hard—just like Goldilocks finding things that are “just right.”
  • Importance of Air Flow: Discover how making the “SH” sound helps you use your breath better, which is super important for singing.

Why It’s Helpful

This exercise helps make sure your air flows smoothly, so your voice can sound beautiful when you sing. By practicing, you’ll become a better singer and have lots of fun too!

For over a decade, my daughters worked with Meghan, greatly enhancing their vocal skills and stage presence.

They enjoy Meghan’s professional process. She is amazing!
