4) Information We Collect

b) Usage data. IP address, device/browser type/version, pages viewed, timestamps, diagnostic logs; essential/functional cookies used for login, preferences, and security.
c) Payments (Stripe). Stripe collects your card details directly; we receive billing metadata only. We do not store full card numbers.

e) Telemetry (non-identifying). We may collect aggregated, non-identifying telemetry about feature/configuration usage to improve performance. We do not collect user-generated content via telemetry.
f) Caching/CDN. We use caching/CDN services (e.g., Hostinger CDN, LiteSpeed Cache, QUIC.cloud) to improve stability/speed. Copies are temporary and purged on schedule or on demand.
We do not knowingly collect biometric identifiers, precise geolocation, audio/video uploads, or children’s personal information directly from a child.
5) How We Use Information
Provide, maintain, and secure the Service (including account management and access to lessons)
Process payments and fulfill purchases
Communicate about your account, updates, security alerts, and customer support
Personalize experience (e.g., remember your settings)
Monitor performance, debug, and improve the Service
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Comply with legal obligations
We do not use information for retargeting or cross-context behavioral advertising.
6) Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use essential and functional cookies to operate login, security, preferences, and caching. We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting technologies on the Service.
Consent & controls. Where shown, use the cookie banner/settings link to manage optional cookies (if we add any in the future). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working properly. See Appendix A (Cookie Policy) for details and retention.
7) Disclosures to Service Providers (Processors)
We share information with vendors that help us operate the Service, under agreements that limit their use and require appropriate safeguards. Key providers include:
Hosting/CDN/Caching: Hostinger; LiteSpeed Cache; QUIC.cloud
Payments: Stripe
Email marketing/transactional: Mailchimp
Learning management/membership/theme: MemberPress; BuddyBoss
We do not allow these providers to use your information for their own advertising or profiling. We do not sell or share your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger/acquisition.
8) Children’s & Teens’ Privacy (Parents’ Section)
Parent-managed accounts only. Parents/guardians must create and manage accounts; we do not allow children to self-register.
No targeted ads to children. We do not use advertising technologies on the Service.
No uploads required. We do not require audio/video uploads and do not analyze children’s recordings.
Messaging. Messaging is private between the parent account and instructor. Please avoid including a child’s personal information in messages.
Parent confirmations. Before sending messages or uploads that may include a child’s voice or image, we ask the adult to confirm they are the parent/guardian (18+). Teens (13–17) see a safety reminder before using chat or uploads.
Parental rights. Parents may request access, correction, or deletion of account information at any time (see Section 11).
Under-13 rule. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to us without verified parental consent, we will delete it. Where parental consent is required by law, we use permitted verifiable parental consent methods.
9) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described:
Account data: Life of the account, plus up to 2 years for records/troubleshooting, then deletion or anonymization.
Purchase/billing records: 7 years to comply with financial/tax obligations.
Security & activity logs: Up to 24 months.
Backups: Daily backups retained by our host for ~30 days, then purged on a rolling basis.
Support & messaging: Typically up to 24 months after resolution unless a longer period is required by law or needed to protect the Service.
10) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information—e.g., encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access, authentication controls, and backups. Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel with a business need. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data incident affecting your information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
11) Your Privacy Rights (Selected U.S. States)
If you reside in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA, UT), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port certain data, opt out of sales/sharing/targeted advertising (we do not sell/share or use targeted advertising), and limit use/disclosure of sensitive data (we do not intentionally collect sensitive data).
How to submit a request. Email info@voice-360.com with enough information to verify your identity. Parents may exercise rights on behalf of their child. We’ll respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 45 days, extendable once where permitted).
Appeals. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@voice-360.com with “Appeal” in the subject line.
Do Not Sell/Share. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will provide an opt-out mechanism, honor GPC signals where applicable, and describe controls in Appendix B (Privacy Choices) (we may also add a footer link).
12) International Data Transfers
We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where laws may be different from those in your location.
13) Data Deletion & Processor Requests
When you request deletion, we remove personal information from our active systems and instruct our processors to delete personal information they process on our behalf, subject to legal obligations (e.g., tax/financial recordkeeping) and technical limitations (e.g., backups that expire on a schedule). We will confirm completion or provide the basis for any denial/partial denial as required by law.
14) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide prominent notice (e.g., email or in-service banner) and indicate the effective date at the top. Your continued use after the effective date means you agree to the new Policy.
15) Dispute Resolution
Please contact us first at info@voice-360.com so we can try to resolve your concern. Any broader dispute resolution terms (including arbitration or forum selection) are set forth in our Terms of Service, which control if there is a conflict.
16) Additional Details
Telemetry (non-identifying). We may collect aggregated usage metrics to understand feature performance. Telemetry is processed so visitors are not identified and does not capture user-generated content.
LiteSpeed Cache / QUIC.cloud. We use caching to improve the user experience. Cache copies are temporary and accessible only as needed to operate or support the Service. Cache files expire on a schedule and can be purged earlier if necessary.
