• Bachelor’s in music minimum, Master’s preferred
Love working with kids and teens and know how to keep lessons fun, focused, and encouraging.
Have formal training in voice or music and care deeply about healthy vocal technique.
Communicate clearly and reliably with students and parents.
Are excited about growing a long-term online studio—not just picking up a few random lessons.
Want support with marketing, visibility, and systems so you don’t have to do everything alone.
Voice 360 is an online vocal training platform that blends self-paced video lessons with live 1:1 coaching.
We work with kids, teens, and adults—many from homeschool and enrichment-focused families—who are serious about building confidence, healthy technique, and a lifelong love of singing.
We’re here to help you build a sustainable, rewarding online teaching studio—without doing all the heavy lifting alone.
We actively reach out to families who value high-quality music education. When you teach with Voice 360, you’re not starting from scratch—you’re meeting students who are already looking for vocal coaching.
We respect your expertise and teaching style. You bring your own methods and personality to your lessons, while we support you with branding, visibility, and parent-facing communication templates.
You’re the leader of your own studio under the Voice 360 umbrella. Our goal is to help you develop a consistent roster of students who trust you and stay with you long-term.
With continued tenure, there are opportunities to lead workshops, special events, or contribute to recorded lesson content. If you love creating, teaching, and collaborating, there’s room to grow.

As your relationship with Voice 360 grows, there may be opportunities for improved split tiers and additional paid projects
Details of your rate and payment schedule are outlined clearly before you begin teaching—no surprises

We’ll discuss your current and desired rates during the initial conversation so we can make sure expectations are aligned from the start.

Build a recurring roster of students who meet with you week after week
Potential to lead short-term intensives, themed workshops, or group experiences
Opportunities to contribute to pre-recorded lesson content or mini-courses under the Voice 360 brand
Be part of a supportive, like-minded team that cares about healthy singing and student confidence
This is an independent contractor role based on a revenue-split model. Your exact rate depends on your training, experience, and current/private lesson rate. We’ll discuss your current and ideal rate during the initial conversation and then set a lesson rate together, along with a clear percentage split. All compensation details are confirmed in writing before you begin teaching.
At this time we are only looking at candidates that live and can work in the U.S., even though it is remote-based. As long as you can legally work as an independent contractor, are comfortable teaching in English, and can align your schedule with the time zones we serve, we’re open to chatting.
Yes. You’re welcome to maintain your own studio. Our main request is that you don’t solicit or move Voice 360 students off the platform, which is outlined in our contractor agreement.
We typically look for teachers who can commit to at least a few regular weekly time blocks (for example, 3–5 hours/week) so students can build a consistent routine with you.
We require at least a Bachelor’s degree in voice, vocal performance, music education, or a closely related field. A Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Formal K–12 state teaching certification is not required, but solid training in vocal pedagogy and experience working with kids and teens is essential.
Voice 360 manages the parent-facing systems and payments. We’ll walk you through how bookings work so you always know when and how you’re teaching
It’s helpful but not required. What matters most is that you’re comfortable with technology, willing to learn, and can create a warm, engaging lesson environment on camera.
If this sounds like the kind of partnership you’ve been looking for, we’d love to learn more about you.
