West Virginia Hope Scholarship FAQ
We have partnered with the West Virginia Hope Scholarship program as an approved provider for tutoring and enrichment services in voice and singing.
The Hope Scholarship provides eligible K–12 students with an education savings account (ESA) that parents can use to purchase approved educational services – such as Voice 360!
Families can use their Hope funds for private singing lessons and music tutoring with V360.
Funds are managed through the Hope Scholarship portal (powered by Student First Technologies), and families can pay for services directly using their ESA balance.

As an approved provider, Voice 360 can be purchased directly through your student’s Hope Scholarship account.
This prevents out-of-pocket costs and ensures compliance with WV ESA guidelines.
The Hope Scholarship program has direct-pay partnerships with approved service providers across the State of West Virginia, as well as with virtual providers.
Approved providers must meet background check, credential, and compliance requirements.

To use your Hope Scholarship funds for Voice 360:
1️⃣ Log into your Hope Scholarship portal.
2️⃣ Search "Meghan McCall" and purchase membership access length (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
3️⃣ Receive a unique coupon code to activate your membership!
✅ Voice 360 memberships are fully covered under tutoring/enrichment!

Families outside of West Virginia Hope Scholarship can purchase memberships directly. If you need an invoice for reimbursement through another scholarship program, we’ll provide one.

- Step 2: Log onto your Hope Scholarship portal and search "Meghan McCall." Select membership length.
- Step 3: Once approved, we’ll send you a coupon code and link to activate your membership!
